Our Story

The Well was founded in October 2007, with a vision to impact the youth of our city. Since that time we have built relationships with hundreds of youth, by offering them a safe, accepting, and positive home to belong to. We know that by providing this environment and establishing relationships with our youth, we are ultimately equipping these young people with the tools to make healthy and valuable life decisions that they can be proud of forever.

In October, we started the Well youth group, we set a time, invited some people, and God did the rest. God showed up and started changing lives, and it hasn’t stopped since!

In our short history we have seen significant growth and success. What started as a youth movement has now grown into a community movement as well, including adults, children, and other nationalities. The physical and spiritual growth we have seen in our short history has been a real testimony to the support we have received from the community and the great need there is in this community for the love and acceptance of Christ, but above all, it is a testimony of Gods love, grace, and compassion for his children (you and me!).

In the past few months we have seen God perform miracles. We have seen teens deal with and come out of depression. We have seen people break free from spiritual bondage. We have seen addictions fall to the floor. We have experienced freedom from problems such as identity issues, self-mutilation, and suicidal thinking. We have seen Gods children saved and set free!

We have seen the power of Christ, and now we want to share it with each and every person on this earth. We won’t stop until the world is changed!
